We welcome you to join us for two evenings at the center for a lecture series on Buddhist topics with traveling teacher Juan Franco.

Both lectures will begin at 7 PM and will be followed by guided meditation. Newcomers are welcome!

Juan Franco took Buddhist refuge in the Karma Kagyu school in 1990 and began his practice in Bogotá in 1993, when he met his teachers, Lama Ole Nydahl and his wife Hannah.
He lived for ten years in Barcelona, Spain, where he founded the city’s Buddhist Center in 2002.
He has been a traveling teacher since 2011, at Lama Ole’s request, and lives between Bogotá and Villa de Leyva, supporting the development of Diamond Way meditation centers in Colombia.
