Guido Czeija was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1974 and took refuge with Lama Ole in 1995. He has been teaching on his behalf for the past 20 years, and his teaching travels have taken him across Europe and around the world.

He lives with his wife, Florinda, in Seeham near Salzburg, Austria. He studied physics and mathematics and is the managing director of a consulting firm, where he advises teams and organizations on change, leadership, and management.
