We have a lecture about meditation by Anders Hedelin

Anders is from Denmark, living in Switzerland. He is a student of Lama Ole since 1994. He studied at Karmapa Buddhist Institute in New Delhi in 1995/96 and traveled frequently with Lama Ole and Hannah over the years in Russia, Asia, Europe and North America.
I lived several years in the Buddhist Center Copenhagen and Lolland.

Anders studied Science of Religion and of Film & Media at the university of Copenhagen. He is currently self employed as a Coach.
