Masha Chlenova grew up in Moscow and for the past 26 years has lived in New York City.
Professionally she is an art historian and curator, and currently teaches at The New School
University in New York. She met Lama Ole and Hannah Nydahl in 2001, took Buddhist refuge
and has been practicing and taking part in the activity of the Diamond Way Buddhist center in
New York since then. At the request of Lama Ole she has been teaching Buddhism and
meditation. She lives in New York with her husband and son.
