About Jeff
Jeffrey Su was asked by Lama Ole Nydahl to teach at Diamond Way Buddhist Centers in 2008. Since then, he has been involved in various Diamond Way projects and centers across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Jeffrey has had a diverse international career as an academic, CEO, entrepreneur, consultant, and psychotherapist. He is currently Managing Director at nRhythm, a consulting firm that applies holistic living systems thinking to organizational design. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science, as well as a graduate degree in Holistic Psychology.
