Jeffrey Su was asked by Lama Ole Nydahl to teach in Diamond Way Buddhist Centers in 2008. He has been part of Diamond Way projects and centers in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Africa. He has led a diverse and international career as an academic, CEO, entrepreneur, consultant, and psychotherapist and is currently a managing director at nRhythm, a consulting firm applying holistic living systems thinking to organizational design. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science and a graduate degree in Holistic Psychology.
