About the speaker:
Michaela Fritzges was born in 1959 in Germany and took Buddhist refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 1984. Between 1994 and 2009, she lived in the Diamond Way Buddhist Center in Kiel, northern Germany. In 1994, Lama Ole asked her to start teaching, and she has since taught in numerous Diamond Way Buddhist centers worldwide. Michaela works as an occupational therapist in her practice and lives at the Diamond Way Retreat Center in Nindorf, northern Germany.
