About the Speaker:

Jesper Jorgensen met Diamond Way Buddhism and his teacher Lama Ole Nydahl in March 1988, in Aarhus Denmark. In October 1991, at the request of Lama Ole, he moved to San Francisco, California where he helped start the first of Lama Ole's centers in the US, which later led to the expansion of centers throughout the Americas. Over the years Jesper has traveled widely and given talks in Diamond Way centers in North and Central America, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe, and Russia.

In 2007 Jesper and his wife, Charlotte, moved to Colorado to find and start the first national Retreat Center for North America. After that they moved back to Europe to help with the operations of the Europe Center in Immenstadt, Germany. Since January 2009 they live and work near the EC, together with their children, Helena and Bjørn.
