National Labor Day Retreat with Axel Dross

Where: Dakini Ranch
Dakini Ranch
When: Friday August 31 - Monday September 3

Come welcome Autumn at Dakini Ranch!

The Mountain Region is excited to host our first national Labor Day Weekend Retreat at the magical Dakini Ranch. We will have a weekend full of meditation, teachings, majestic sunsets over the mountain ranges, and the strengthening of deep bonds and timeless connections. Joining us for this power weekend will be Diamond Way Traveling Teacher Axel Dross, from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Axel was born in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1969. He took refuge with Lama Ole in 1999 and founded the Diamond Way Center in Argentina in 2001. Lama Ole asked him to be a travel teacher in 2005. Since 2009, Axel has been traveling through the Americas giving dharma teachings. Axel was also an active participant in founding KDL, the retreat center in Uruguay, and he is also the editor of the Spanish Buddhism Today magazine. He currently lives with his wife and son in Argentina.

If you plan to attend the retreat weekend please register by August, 24th so we can get a headcount and make meal plans. We are constantly evolving as we continue our hard work at the ranch and we are committed to making this an affordable course so as many as possible can come and experience the place that Lama Ole as called the home of the Dakinis.

If you need a ride to Dakini Ranch, please use our ride board to coordinate with friends.

Please remember to bring a tent, sleeping bag, and meditation cushion.

If you have any questions, please email dakiniranch@diamondway.org.
